Shipping and Handling Costs / Returns

Australian Retail Customers: 

Standard shipping and handling from as little as $9.00!

Shipping and handling price determined at checkout (dependent on weight).

Product orders under $100 will be charged standard or express shipping and handling.

International Retail Customers: 

Please email for a quote, as shipping and handling rates vary according to package dimensions and destination country.

You will not be charged the 10% GST. 

IMPORTANT. All International Packages are marked as "merchandise" on the customs form. Please do not ask for your package to be marked as a gift or sample.
Please be aware it is your responsibility to pay any Customs fees, Excise Duties or Taxes that the Government of your country may impose on Imported goods.

 

Returns or Order Errors

Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that it is correct.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please email sales@bakerscups.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can sort out your concerns immediately. Our aim is to have happy customers.

Our policy is if you the customer orders the wrong size and you would like the goods exchanged we are happy to do that, however the return costs are at the customers own expense. We will exchange the goods and adjust the cost etc and you the customer would have to pay for the new cost of shipping of the exchanged goods.

If there is a problem with the goods or we have made an error with the order we will send new product at our expense or give you a refund whichever you the customer would prefer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
