Q. What is the currency of the website price?
A. The prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars including 10% GST.
(International customers will not be charged the 10% TAX)

Q. Which countries do Bakers Cups Australia ship to?
A. We ship worldwide. Australian Shipping is via Courier, standard Australia Post or express Australia Post. We check each international order to see which shipping method is the most cost effective. Australia Post have recently been the cheapest way to send internationally, however we will be in touch with a quote advising of the cost and shipping method.

Q. Does Bakers Cups Australia supply to wholesale businesses at wholesale rates?
A. Yes, we require a Registered Business Name, ABN, and a registered address.
Wholesale International customers there is a Minimum Product order requirement of no less than $50.00 Aust Dollars (not including shipping cost).
We always try to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. Bakers Cups Australia has many payment options: Australian customers are able to pay either via EFT Direct Deposit, Credit Card or PayPal. We accept payment from International Customers via PayPal or International Telegraphic Transfer. Please note, unfortunately we are no longer able to accept cheques.
