We endeavour to keep your shipping/postage costs to a minimum as your business is important to us.
We now include product Postal insurance for all orders over $100.00 which comes with a postal tracking number for your order. For orders under $100.00 you must request the insurance and tracking number if you require it. It costs $8.45 up to $100 (Aust.dollars) then $2.25 for each additional $100 thereafter.
Please be aware of exchange rates.At the moment the Aust Dollar is trading a bit low at approx 91.5cents to the $US which means all USA customers will pay approx 8.5% less in $US than what shows on our Invoices.
International customers do not pay the 10% GSTax
We offer shipping choices wherever possible.If you need products quickly please ask & pay for Express/Priority Mail Delivery. Please give us enough time to fit you in the queue of orders to be despatched.All Shipping costs are quoted upfront with your Invoice for your Confirmation before payment. We do our best to keep Shipping costs as low as possible but still endeavour to pack your package to make sure your products get to you in perfect condition.
Small local Australian Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post.Cost which depend on weight of order and the Area zone according to Aust Post Calculater. Large heavy Australian Orders will be dispatched by courier/transport service.Within Australia delivery is usually within 7 Business days from date of despatch but we cannot guarantee that especially for long remote distances.We will not take responsiblity for delivery time after dispatchment if you didn't choose and pay for Priority Mail.

International shipping cost rates
International orders will be dispatched either by Airmail or Sea Mail.whichever you choose according to Australia Post Zone costs which depends on the weight of the package and Service available. Please allow 7-28 days delivery from date of despatch for International Airmail and 30days delivery for Surface mail from date of dispatchment.
Examples of International Shipping/postage costs in Australian Dollars are:-
Zone A:- New Zealand. Airmail... For parcels up to 2kg- $2.60 per package PLUS $13.45 per kg for each parcel up to 2kg.
For parcels over 2 kg up to 20kg - $14.70 per package PLUS $7.05 per kg up to 20kg,
Zone B:- Asia Pacific. Airmail.... For parcels up to 2 kg-$2.60 per package PLUS $17.60 per kg up to 2 kg.
For parcels over 2 kg up to 20kg- $18.60 per package PLUS $9.05 per kg up to 20kg.
Zone C:- USA,Canada,Middle East. Airmail....For parcels up to 2 kg-$2.60 per package PLUS $21.70 per kg up to 2kg.
For parcels over 2 kg up to 20kg- $18.65 per package PLUS $13.05 per kg up to 20kg.
Zone D All other countries. Airmail...For parcels up to 2kg- $3.15 per package PLUS $25.94 per kg up to 2 kg
For parcels over 2kg up to 20kg-$19.15 per package PLUS $17.30 per kg up to 20 kg
****IMPORTANT. All International Packages are marked as "merchandise" on the customs form. Please do not ask for your package to be marked as a gift or sample.
Please be aware it is your responsibility to pay any Customs fees , Excise Duties or Taxes that the Govt of your country may impose on Imported goods.******
Returns or Order Errors
If you are not satisfied with your Order for any reason please email info@bakerscups.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can sort out your concerns immediately. Our aim is to have happy customers.
Our policy is if you the customer orders the wrong size and you would like the goods exchanged we are happy to do that but you the customer must send them back at your own expense. We will exchange the goods and adjust the cost etc and you the customers would have to pay for the new cost of shipping of the exchanged goods.
If there is a problem with the goods or we have made an error with the order we send new product at our expense or give you a refund whichever you the customer would prefer.
